About Solution Focused hypnotherapy sessions

Initial Consultation

Initial consultation is session where we get to look into what you’d like help with, understand the background of the issue and decide on the best course of therapy. It is a non commitment session that allows you to understand how we can work together to help you achieve the goal(s).

Please note that

  • there is no hypnotherapy trance used during initial consultation session
  • it is not a session that is a one off magic fix
  • it is not a session that can make you forget the past or erase memories

Follow Up

Follow up sessions are focused on helping clients make positive changes in their lives, changing their focus, shifting their perception of reality and deciding on positive, small achievable steps they can take to implement the change by using therapeutic tools including CBT, NLP, Solution Focused brief therapy.

Second part of the session involves the use of deeply relaxing hypnotic trance that helps clients make the change.

Who it is for…

Solution focused hypnotherapy is a positive experience that can be a great tool to help clients achieve their goals. Whilst it is a therapy that can help clients see results in relatively short period of time it does require a commitment on clients’ side.

Solution focused hypnotherapy works best for clients who:

  • have had enough of being stuck in an unhelpful repetitive cycle
  • are ready to make changes in their lives and put the work in
  • can commit to weekly sessions (in person or online)

Who it is not for…

Whilst Solution Focused hypnotherapy can help a wide range of issues it is contraindicated for clients who suffer from:

  • epilepsy
  • schizofrenia
  • psychosis or certain types of personality disorders
  • drug and alcohol misuse
